What is currently available

The articles, sowing calendar, companion-planting tool and “What can I grow?” tool are free to use without an account. Paid guides and personalised grow plans are not currently available. Any future paid products will have purchase terms available before you order.

Using the growing advice

Our content provides general gardening information, principally for UK growing conditions. We aim to make it useful and accurate, but weather, light, varieties, pests and your particular growing space all affect results. We cannot guarantee a harvest, yield or that every recommendation will suit your circumstances.

Use your judgement and follow product labels and relevant safety instructions. General growing advice does not replace a qualified assessment of balcony loads, structural safety or other specialist matters. See our approach for more about the site, and let us know if you find an error.

Using and sharing our content

You may use the site and print its advice for your own personal, non-commercial growing. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Unless otherwise stated, original text, designs and tools belong to No Garden Required; third-party material remains the property of its respective owners.
